A：Should the bidders make a cash deposit?
A:貴公司招標(biāo)時(shí)，投標(biāo)人要繳納保證金嗎?
B：Yes, certainly. According to the international practice, bidders need to hand in a cash deposit or a letter of guarantee from a commercial bank. If one fails to win the award，the cash deposit or the letter of guarantee shall be returned to the bidder within one week after the decision on award is declared.
B:那當(dāng)然。根據(jù)國際慣例，投標(biāo)人要繳納保證金或由商 業(yè)銀行出具的保證函。如果沒有中標(biāo)，那么在開標(biāo)后 的一周內(nèi)，我們把保證金或保證函退還給投標(biāo)人。

B：Invitations will be sent next month, from which you can find the details.
