1、按照公司的`計劃對所負責的客戶合理編排服務計劃并實施執(zhí)行;
2、能夠完成客戶蟲害風險點的排查并編制服務報告,并與客戶進行日常溝通,編制風險排除計劃;
3、掌握有害生物防治基礎知識,經過培訓、實操后能具備四種以上蟲害解決能力;
4、定期進行日報、周報、月報,匯報對象為主管領導。
有害生物崗位職責2
任職要求:
農業(yè)或農學學士學位及以上,更好農業(yè)管理或農業(yè)經濟方向;
至少五年以上農場管理經驗,更好是水果農場;
較好的領導力;
具備經濟方面的決斷能力;
良好的時間管理;
有效溝通能力;
為人可靠;
流利的普通話和英語;
要求具有駕照。
工作描述:
擔負工作安全的職責,執(zhí)行公司WHS政策和程序,在公司安全經理的要求和指導下領導WHS流程比如調查工傷,識別危害,評估風險以及設計危險控制;
實施工作安全系統(tǒng)和操作流程來最大程度減少個人和農場的風險,監(jiān)控訴求;
員工管理;
采購供給和設備;
組織漿果植物的'種植;
農場日常維護,包括除草,更換受損設備,使農場機械設備達到日?捎脿顟B(tài);
負責基建的維護,包括道路,排水溝,供電設備等;
管理病蟲害技術員并保證IPM(有害生物綜合防治)在漿果生產中就緒;
保證灌溉/施肥在標準條件下運行;
負責管理農場保安;
其他要求的職責。

1、為客戶(如酒店、食品工廠、餐飲娛樂、物業(yè)、醫(yī)療機構、教育機構、私人住宅等)提供徹底而專業(yè)的蟲害防治服務。
2、嚴格按照公司的規(guī)定流程和相關安全規(guī)范進行操作,出色完成客戶現(xiàn)場的服務工作。
3、負責蟲鼠害設施、設備的`巡檢工作并提供持續(xù)有效的蟲害活動監(jiān)控,向現(xiàn)有客戶和新客戶介紹奔奔控蟲的服務要點和先進的綜合蟲害管理體系。
4、負責客戶現(xiàn)場蟲害防治服務及相關支持性工作,并正確地書寫服務作業(yè)單,及時溝通和解決客戶服務過程中發(fā)生的問題。

ensure the execution of the key account agreements (customer hq) at store level

analyze and control business data/ results and define improvement initiatives
