七個(gè)步驟寫(xiě)好求職信
第一步：介紹消息來(lái)源
介紹消息來(lái)源實(shí)際上是求職信的開(kāi)篇交待句，它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢;而不介紹消息來(lái)源，會(huì)使收信人感到意外、突然，文章也缺乏過(guò)渡、照應(yīng)。
第二步：表明求職心愿
介紹完消息來(lái)源后，應(yīng)向收信人表明自己的求職心愿，即寫(xiě)信的目的，
第三步：介紹個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
某單位需要新人，求職人也有求職心愿，但這并不意味著這項(xiàng)工作非你莫屬。如果你沒(méi)有干好這項(xiàng)工作的經(jīng)歷、實(shí)力，也是難以適應(yīng)的。因此，介紹個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷是必不可少的。
第四步：擺出求職優(yōu)勢(shì)
僅有一定的工作經(jīng)歷而沒(méi)有自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)，也很難求得稱(chēng)心如意的工作。因此，求職時(shí)應(yīng)表明自己除了具有一定的工作經(jīng)歷之外，還具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)，這樣才能穩(wěn)操勝券。
第五步：提出獲職打算
豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)，只能代表過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的情況，如果獲職后自以為心愿已了，從此高枕無(wú)憂(yōu)，馬虎從事，那也是得不到用人單位認(rèn)可的。顯然表明獲職后努力工作的決心是感動(dòng)用人單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從而順利謀得此項(xiàng)工作的重要一環(huán)。
第六步：請(qǐng)求答復(fù)聯(lián)系
如果單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意了你的求職要求，你必然要請(qǐng)他和你聯(lián)系，以便你及時(shí)做好準(zhǔn)備，到用人單位應(yīng)聘或報(bào)到。為準(zhǔn)確起見(jiàn)，請(qǐng)求答復(fù)聯(lián)系時(shí)你還應(yīng)當(dāng)提供你的通訊地址、郵政編碼、電話(huà)號(hào)碼、電子信箱等。
第七步：表明感激之情

I feel that I am competent to meet the requirements. I will be graduating from Graduate School of Tsinghua University this year with a M.S. degree .
