本人于x年8月在x有限公司工作。見(jiàn)習(xí)期間工作努力認(rèn)真，積極學(xué)習(xí)，仔細(xì)思考，腳踏實(shí)地，立足崗位，一年下來(lái)收獲頗豐，成長(zhǎng)迅速。
第一、積極完成由學(xué)生到職工的角色轉(zhuǎn)變。
本人能積極迅速的了解單位的工作方針，發(fā)展計(jì)劃，并認(rèn)真的思考自身崗位性質(zhì)，工作特點(diǎn)，勤于請(qǐng)教，努力實(shí)踐，使自己的思想上升到了另外一個(gè)層面。能夠準(zhǔn)確把握單位的中心工作，在自己的崗位上給與積極的響應(yīng)與配合。
第二、工作思路明確、重點(diǎn)突出。
工作一年中，本人在分離機(jī)分廠(chǎng)數(shù)控車(chē)間見(jiàn)習(xí)，能盡快熟悉機(jī)床的性能和操作。不怕苦，不怕累，為以后轉(zhuǎn)正和獨(dú)立操作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
第三、適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng).
積極參加單位各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)，性格開(kāi)朗，人際關(guān)系良好。本人性格較為外向，能說(shuō)善動(dòng)，愛(ài)好廣泛，喜與人處。工作一年，已完全融入單位職工中，并愈發(fā)熱愛(ài)這種工作環(huán)境。
第四、缺點(diǎn)不容忽視。
理論素養(yǎng)有待提高，還沒(méi)有熟練掌握單位的產(chǎn)品和機(jī)床的操作。有時(shí)候思維還不夠縝密，略顯毛糙，不能照顧周全。經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，造成有時(shí)候工作效率略顯低下甚至出錯(cuò)。
最后，本人工作一年，還比較能夠清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，并能夠準(zhǔn)確把握工作的方向和重點(diǎn)，來(lái)不斷對(duì)自身進(jìn)行調(diào)整，并堅(jiān)信自己的今后的工作會(huì)更上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。
