To make undertakings in order and save working time(approx. 8%) by using accumulated personal special Microsoft excel & outlook & other computer(e.g. ERP) & working skills, and make good communication & coordination to help the teammates to complete the tasks of early project stage, like the drawing, suppliers, RFQ, sample quantity/quality/ETD follow up etc. Assisted my boss & colleagues to work more easier.
To communicate and negotiate with suppliers for price, terms, leadtime, forecast, VMI agreement, even some technical & quality issues, etc., shorten the L/T, saved cost by average 3.2%, reduced the inventory(some have zero stocks), and improved the payment conditions. The order quantity of one series increase about 50% against last year by the together effert of all teammates including PM & Sales & QA & Engineering & Supply Chain buyer.
