      作為實(shí)習(xí)生,可能受限于對(duì)公司的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解,不能有很好的工作成果,但是實(shí)習(xí)生的優(yōu)勢(shì)是沒(méi)有“部門(mén)視野”的限制,可以帶來(lái)新的想法和思想,如果只追求完成其他同事交給的任務(wù),是無(wú)法獲得“超越期望的表現(xiàn)”評(píng)價(jià)的,而這,應(yīng)該是一個(gè)追求實(shí)習(xí)轉(zhuǎn)正的人應(yīng)該做到的,通常在以下幾個(gè)方面能提出自己解決方案的實(shí)習(xí)生會(huì)得到刮目相看的禮遇。

      1)把項(xiàng)目當(dāng)成自己的項(xiàng)目,如果你是項(xiàng)目的PM,你有沒(méi)有看出改善的空間,你能不能哪怕有1%的提高?

      2)前瞻性:以后的'項(xiàng)目會(huì)面臨哪些挑戰(zhàn),有哪些是可以現(xiàn)在事先做好預(yù)防的?

      3)人家只有60分的期望,你能做100分,并愿意為此付出額外的甚至私人的精力。

      5、不要急躁

      實(shí)習(xí)生應(yīng)該積極表現(xiàn),但不要走到另外一個(gè)極端,無(wú)時(shí)不刻地秀表現(xiàn),以前的實(shí)習(xí)生都是太靦腆,現(xiàn)在反過(guò)來(lái)了,很多是表演過(guò)度。 也記得時(shí)常總結(jié)一下自己的 實(shí)習(xí)收獲 。
