1、毫不猶豫展示你的熱情
實習生招聘 對于很多外企來說，更多是一個雇主品牌建設的項目，并不指望實習生可以給部門帶來多少獲益，因此很多時候干的都是一些很瑣碎的活，或者是在一個很大的項目里做著很基礎的工作，比如說在一個年度主打的市場推廣活動中負責各城市物料的發(fā)放，給一個公司重點客戶的報告整理基礎數據，有時候枯燥得簡直會懷疑人生。
但無論如何，實習階段你還有新鮮感，盡量把所有這些負面因素排空，滿懷熱情地接受任務，特別是外企非常講究細節(jié)，很多瑣碎的'事情改了又改，一定要經得起這個耐心，所有的一切，就是要讓部門的其他正式員工覺得“這小孩挺有心的/這小孩挺聽話的/這小孩挺好用的”只有在這個基礎上，人家才會教給你東西，你才不辜負你的枯燥勞動，做到這一步，你的實習生涯就有了良好的開端!
在大部分成體系的公司的實習階段里，熱情的工作態(tài)度比工作結果還要重要!
2、了解一些職場的基礎技能和常識
不同的企業(yè)有不同的規(guī)則要求，明規(guī)則潛規(guī)則，實習生階段暫時不用理會，但是一些通用的職場技能和常識卻應該充分掌握，郵件怎么措施，發(fā)送給誰，抄送給誰，什么問題應該找什么部門，基礎得不能再基礎，但是往往很多實習生都沒有能做好，比如發(fā)郵件跨部門溝通沒有抄送老板;
