簡(jiǎn)歷要領(lǐng)
1.招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡(jiǎn)歷?寫得好，當(dāng)然要保留，如果其背景又是公司急需的， 可能馬上就要見(jiàn)求職者;寫得不好的，就會(huì)丟掉，實(shí)際上，連看都不看。任何一個(gè)知名的大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡(jiǎn)歷，如果寫得太差，根本就不值得保留。因?yàn)檫@些公司認(rèn)為，一個(gè)人連自己的.簡(jiǎn)歷都寫不好，將來(lái)進(jìn)了公司，對(duì)外行文質(zhì)量不夠;對(duì)內(nèi)說(shuō)件事情也說(shuō)不清楚，公司肯定不要這樣的人。大家經(jīng)常說(shuō)大公司的人訓(xùn)練有素，實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面。即使不進(jìn)大公司，簡(jiǎn)歷寫得不好，也會(huì)顯得不懂基本格式，沒(méi)有智慧。
2.yris。your resume is scanned, not read.("yris")。一方面簡(jiǎn)歷要寫得好，另一方面招聘人員看簡(jiǎn)歷只是掃描式的，最初看也就是5秒鐘左右，寫得不好就扔了。這兒你就會(huì)問(wèn)了："寫得好，短時(shí)間他看不出來(lái)怎么辦?"不用擔(dān)心，他們是可以看出來(lái)的，因?yàn)檎衅溉藛T每天干的就是這一行，如果您懷疑他看不出來(lái)，說(shuō)明兩點(diǎn)：第一，您對(duì)招聘人員的工作性質(zhì)還不了解。假設(shè)您是司機(jī)，經(jīng)常走北京那么多胡同，自然就記住了，而一般人就會(huì)覺(jué)得很難記。第二，說(shuō)明您對(duì)行文格式、專業(yè)寫作形象還不熟悉。我們見(jiàn)到，美國(guó)很多職位很高的大老板，在看他的下屬寫的東西時(shí)，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)小錯(cuò)，哪怕?lián)Q了一種字體，漏了一個(gè)逗號(hào)，多了一個(gè)空格，都能及時(shí)指出來(lái)，說(shuō)明他們的眼很尖，速度很快，您要是懷疑的話，說(shuō)明您對(duì)這個(gè)領(lǐng)域還很不熟悉，那么您
需要做的工作就很多了。即使您進(jìn)了這種公司，也要在這方面下工夫，否則，很難成為他們當(dāng)中合格的一員。另外，yris還說(shuō)明寫的內(nèi)容千萬(wàn)不要多，而且要控制在一頁(yè)內(nèi)，因?yàn)闆](méi)有人會(huì)認(rèn)真看您的簡(jiǎn)歷。關(guān)于這兩點(diǎn)，我們?cè)诤竺嬗袝r(shí)還會(huì)提到。
3.簡(jiǎn)歷中的任何字句，都有可能成為面試中的話題。 一定要有把握的才寫，沒(méi)有把握的不要寫，要實(shí)事求是，千萬(wàn)不要夸張。外資公司是最忌諱撒謊的，一旦讓他覺(jué)得你在撒謊，你就喪失了進(jìn)入這個(gè)公司的資格。比如說(shuō)，你在簡(jiǎn)歷中寫了你會(huì)講日語(yǔ)，小心碰上懂日文的人。凡是派到國(guó)外來(lái)的老外，有的人不一定會(huì)說(shuō)中文，但會(huì)一兩門外語(yǔ)的人大有人在，不定撞到什么人手上。
