一、問候
俗話說萬事開頭難，一旦有個(gè)好的開頭，考生就能進(jìn)入狀態(tài)，逐漸放松，自然應(yīng)對(duì)。自我介紹的問候語部分是個(gè)簡單鋪墊，不需要太長，一兩句話即可。此時(shí)請(qǐng)注意面帶微笑，表情自然，最好與對(duì)面的面試?yán)蠋熡心抗饨涣鳎绻麚?dān)心緊張，可以環(huán)視一周。

2. 套話：
該部分的套話內(nèi)容大體包括：感謝給自己面試機(jī)會(huì);問好。內(nèi)容應(yīng)該簡練，導(dǎo)師真正想聽的是后面的內(nèi)容，切忌在此部分內(nèi)容太長。

二、自我介紹
1. 基本情況
該部分包括考生的姓名，年齡，家鄉(xiāng)，家庭情況，性格愛好等基本信息。
注意：
(1)家庭情況(例如家庭有幾口人，父母職業(yè)等)可不必單獨(dú)說出，或者家庭情況可以作為后面的鋪墊，例如自己喜歡某個(gè)專業(yè)或自己立志考某個(gè)學(xué)校專業(yè)是和家庭某成員有關(guān)(建議此處不要隨意編造，以免隨后老師會(huì)根據(jù)這個(gè)提問更細(xì)節(jié)問題時(shí)無話可說。)
(2)性格愛好也非必須，尤其在自己準(zhǔn)備的專業(yè)相關(guān)等更重要內(nèi)容比較多時(shí)，可以不寫性格愛好。如果要寫，也建議著重強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的個(gè)性和所報(bào)考的專業(yè)的契合處。例如踏實(shí)、細(xì)心、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)等。
(3)介紹家鄉(xiāng)時(shí)，可以稍作拓展，例如介紹家鄉(xiāng)的特色文化等。

2. 學(xué)習(xí)情況
�、佼厴I(yè)院校、專業(yè)。注意一定要先行確認(rèn)自己學(xué)校，院系和專業(yè)名稱的英文表達(dá)。同理，非在校生要確認(rèn)自己的單位，職位的英文表達(dá)。
�、诔煽�，證書，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，論文/實(shí)踐。

注意事項(xiàng)：
1. 自我介紹不必追求過于華麗的辭藻，以免考場上忘記這些自己本不熟悉的詞匯。
2. 自我介紹不宜太長，2-3分鐘比較理想。
3. 要多練習(xí)幾遍，但也不必像背書那樣，避免過于僵硬顯得不自信。
4. 如果緊張可通過深呼吸等緩解，如果忽然忘記接著要說什么，可以說I just feel a little bit nervous, because this is my first time to have such an interview.來給自己爭取而一些時(shí)間，避免空白尷尬，讓自己更為緊張。
