　　【Dialogue 1】

　　I: Do you have any work experience in this field?

　　A: Yes. After my graduation from university, I worked as a Customer Service Coordinator in a foreign representative office, and then I transferred to a joint venture as a Market Deve1opment Manager. So I am familiar with the market in China.

　　I:Your resume says you have had one-year experience working in a foreignrepresentative office in Shanghai, may I ask why you left?

　　A:I worked in a foreign rep.office for one year.However,I left there two years ago because the work they gave me was rather dull.I found another job that is more interesting.

　　I: What have you learned from the jobs you have had?

　　A: I learned to be patient when dealing with customers complaints and try my best to solve them. In addition, I learned at my previous jobs how to cooperate with my colleagues.

　　I: Does your current employer know you are looking for another job?

　　A: No, I haven?t discussed my leaving plans with my current employer, but I am sure he will release me.

　　I: What is your impression of your present company?

　　A: Very good.

　　I: What would your current colleague say about you?

　　A: They would say I?m a dependable and hard worker.

　　I: 你有這個行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗嗎?

　　A: 有，在我大學畢業(yè)后，我就到一家外企代理處做了一名顧客服務協(xié)調(diào)員，之后我轉(zhuǎn)到一家合資企業(yè)做市場發(fā)展部經(jīng)理，所以我對中國市場非常熟悉。

　　I: 你的簡歷說你有一年在上海外國代表處工作的經(jīng)驗，我可以問你為什么離開嗎?

　　A: 我在一個外國代表處工作了一年，但是，兩年前我離開了那里，因為他們交付給我的工作相當?shù)膯握{(diào)，并且我找到了另一份更加有趣的工作。

　　I: 那你從以前的工作中學到了些什么?

　　A: 我學會了在處理客戶的抱怨時要有耐心而且要盡力為他們解決困難。而且，我還學會了如何與同事共同合作。

　　I: 你現(xiàn)在的.老板知道你在找另一份工作嗎?

　　A: 不知道，我還沒有和他討論我要離職的計劃，但我堅信他會讓我走的。

　　I: 你對你現(xiàn)在這個公司印象如何?

　　A: 非常好。

　　I: 你現(xiàn)在的同事會如何評價你呢?

　　A: 他們會說我是一個值得信賴并且工作刻苦的人。

　　【Dialogue 2】

　　Snow: Have you got any experience in advertising?

　　Sam: Yes, I have been working in the Public Relations Section of a company for the past two years. I plan the advertising campaigns and cooperate with artists and a typographer. Sometimes I have to do the work of a specialist when there’s something urgent.

　　Snow: Have you had any experience with computers?

　　Sam: Yes, I studied in a computer-training program, and can process data through the computer.

　　Snow: That’s fine. What about operating the fax and duplicators?

　　Sam: I can handle them without any trouble.

　　Snow: How often do you work overtime?

　　Sam: I worked overtime several times a month.

　　Snow: 你有沒有廣告方面的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗?

　　Sam: 有，過去兩年我一直在公司的公共關(guān)系部門工作，我曾策劃了一系列的廣告活動以及與藝術(shù)家、印刷工人的聯(lián)系溝通事宜。當發(fā)生緊急事件時，有時我還需要分擔一些這方面的專業(yè)工作。

　　Snow: 你有操作電腦方面的經(jīng)驗嗎?

　　Sam: 是的，我曾參加過一個計算機培訓項目，能夠用電腦處理各種數(shù)據(jù)。

　　Snow: 很不錯。操作傳真機和打印機呢?

　　Sam: 毫無問題。
