　　I have been told by  ,Credit Manager, The Business Book Publishing,New York, with whom I believe you are acquainted,that you are expecting to make some additions to your accounting staff in  should like to be considered an applicant for one of these positions.

　　You can see from the data sheet that is enclosed with this letter that I have had five years of varied experience in the book  companies for which I have worked have given me permission to refer you to them for information about the quality of the work I did while in their employ.

　　My work was in the credit department and in the accounting department in both companies,with some experience also in inventory control. In both positions,I have been assigned with the daily office  courses taken at Central Commercial and the Bronx Community College specifically prepare me for doing the accounting required in your department.

　　I hope that you will give me an interview at some time convenient to  there is further information that you wish in the meantime,please let me  can always be reached at the address given at the beginning of this letter.

　　據(jù)紐約商業(yè)圖書出版社信托部經(jīng)理白約翰先生稱：貴司公擬于六月份增加會計(jì)職員若干名，本人擬參加此等職務(wù)應(yīng)征。對本人情況，閣下可從本函所附資料中獲得了解，本人曾從事商業(yè)圖書作工五年之久，獲有各種經(jīng)驗(yàn)。俺現(xiàn)任職的司公已同意向閣下提供有關(guān)俺在其司公服務(wù)的資料。

　　本人除在兩司公的信托部和會計(jì)部服務(wù)外，在財(cái)務(wù)管制方面，亦獲得若干經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在兩個(gè)部門作工時(shí)，均負(fù)責(zé)日常行政作工。俺在中央商業(yè)學(xué)校和布隆克斯學(xué)院所修課程，均與閣下會計(jì)部門業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)。
