腹瀉型腸易激綜合征與幽門螺桿菌感染的相關(guān)性研究

�。壅� 要］ 目的：評價(jià)腹瀉型腸易激綜合征（IBS）與幽門螺桿菌（HP）感染之間的關(guān)系。方法：將86例腹瀉型IBS患者與92例健康體檢者對照，用14C-尿素呼氣試驗(yàn)法及快速尿素酶法檢測HP感染情況，并根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果將46例HP陽性的腹瀉型IBS患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組。兩組同時(shí)給予匹維溴胺、思密達(dá)治療4周，觀察組同時(shí)加用抗HP治療2周，觀察其總有效率。結(jié)果：腹瀉型IBS組Hp感染率為53.5%，健康體檢組HP感染率為51.1%，兩組比較差異無顯著性（P＞0.05）。HP陽性的腹瀉型IBS患者療效比較，觀察組與對照組總有效率分別為87.5%和81.8%，差異無顯著性（P＞0.05）。結(jié)論：腹瀉型IBS與HP感染之間無明顯相關(guān)性。
Study about the Correlation of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Helicobacter Pylori
Abstract: Objective To study the influence of the helicobacter pylori infection on irritable bowel syndrome．Methods14Ｃurea respiratory test and fast urease examination were used to evaluate the infection of helicobacter pylori between 86 cases of irritable bowel syndrome and 92 healthy cases of control．The 46 cases of irritable bowel syndrome with helicobacter pylori were divided into observe group and control group by random．Pinaverium bromide and smecta were used to treat the all 46 cases．At the same time, antihelicobacter pylori therapy was used to observe group．Results The infection rate of irritable bowel syndrome is 53.5%．And that of healthy cases is 51.1%．There is no obvious difference between the two groups (P
