關(guān)于商務(wù)英語寫作

　　收據(jù)種類很多，有收條、借據(jù)、訂閱單、訂貨單等，是在跟對方發(fā)生錢和物的關(guān)系時寫給對方作為憑據(jù)的.條子，起書面證據(jù)作用。在寫借據(jù)、收條時，寫字據(jù)的日期寫于右上角，然后寫明是“借”還是“收到”，“借”、“還”錢或物的名稱和數(shù)量。立據(jù)人寫于右下角。

　　例一：借款。

　　to mr. charles green, i. o. u. three thousand u.s. dollars (u.s. $3000) only, within one year from this date with annual interest at four percent (4％).

　　david smith

　　茲借查爾斯-格林先生叁仟美元（u.s. $3000），年息四厘，自即日算起，一年內(nèi)歸還。

　　戴維·史密斯

　　2000年5月18日

　　i. o. u.＝ i owe you 也可寫成iou, 即“我欠你”的意思，譯成漢語為“今欠”、“今借到”。

　　例二：收到物品

　　june. 8, 20xx

　　received from mr. handel the following things:

　　one typewriter

　　one tape-recorder

　　bruce

　　20xx年6月8日

　　茲收到漢德爾先生下述物件：

　　打字機壹臺

　　錄音機壹臺

　　布魯斯

　　subscription form

　　(write in block letters please)

　　please enter my subscription to the times for one year beginning with the january issue of 2000.
