　　Don’t leave blanks in the application, even if they’re not required. Some ATS only accept candidates who complete the entire application, so you’re improving your chances at getting noticed if you do.

　　即使沒(méi)有填寫要求，也不要在申請(qǐng)表上留下空白處。一些ATS只接受完整填寫申請(qǐng)表的申請(qǐng)人，所以這樣可以增加你受關(guān)注的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　Uncomplicate your resume.

　　Don’t include pictures, graphics, or other fancy formatting that’s unnecessary. While it might make your resume look pretty, the ATS might not like it—and you’ll lower your chances at landing an interview in the process.

　　簡(jiǎn)歷中不要包含圖片、圖表或其它沒(méi)有必要的花俏格式。這些東西可能使你的簡(jiǎn)歷看起來(lái)很漂亮，但ATS可能不喜歡這一套，這樣會(huì)減少你獲得面試的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　解釋縮寫詞。

　　However, it’s also important you include the non-abbreviated terms. Although you might know what the abbreviation stands for, the person reading your resume might not know—just like I did when opening this article explaining about applicant tracking systems (ATS).

　　解釋縮寫的術(shù)語(yǔ)同樣很重要。雖然你可能知道這個(gè)縮寫詞代表什么，但讀簡(jiǎn)歷的人不一定知道，就像我在文章的開(kāi)頭解釋縮寫詞ATS代表求職者追蹤系統(tǒng)一樣，對(duì)縮寫術(shù)語(yǔ)進(jìn)行解釋。
