      第一步:準(zhǔn)備面試問題

      招聘人員在與候選人面試前,應(yīng)根據(jù)候選人簡(jiǎn)歷及目標(biāo)崗位任職要求,初步設(shè)計(jì)面試問題及發(fā)問順序,面試問題的排序應(yīng)盡量自易而難。

      第二步:建立面試氛圍

      招聘人員花費(fèi)2~3分鐘的時(shí)間與候選人簡(jiǎn)單地打個(gè)招呼并進(jìn)行互相介紹,并以一般性的`社交話題進(jìn)行交談,例如“過來(lái)路上順利嗎?”,“今天天氣很好,是嗎?”,幫助候選人調(diào)節(jié)狀態(tài),營(yíng)造和諧、友善的面試氣氛。

      第三步:檢核候選人簡(jiǎn)歷疑點(diǎn)

      招聘人員會(huì)運(yùn)用3~5分鐘對(duì)候選人簡(jiǎn)歷中的疑點(diǎn)(如履歷斷檔,內(nèi)容不符合邏輯等)進(jìn)行發(fā)問,修正簡(jiǎn)歷中的信息。

      如在溝通過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)候選人實(shí)際經(jīng)歷與簡(jiǎn)歷描述有較大偏差,則需要招聘人員請(qǐng)候選人介紹其過往工作經(jīng)歷。此時(shí)需要根據(jù)候選人簡(jiǎn)歷修正的情況,酌情調(diào)整后續(xù)面試問題。

      第四步:核心維度訪談

      在完成上述兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的溝通后,招聘人員通過20~30分鐘的訪談(具體時(shí)長(zhǎng)根據(jù)面試職位高低適當(dāng)調(diào)整,通常職位越高訪談時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)),來(lái)探查候選人的求職意愿、一般能力及其他必備能力、性格特征、經(jīng)驗(yàn)匹配度等。

      第五步:結(jié)束
