現(xiàn)在許多單位都希望應(yīng)聘者有比較扎實(shí)的英文基礎(chǔ)，特別是外企和涉外交往比較多的單位，一份漂亮的英文簡(jiǎn)歷會(huì)幫助你給用人單位留下很好的印象。剛剛走出校園的學(xué)生由于工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少，寫(xiě)不出太多的東西，如何把你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)得更豐滿(mǎn)呢?我在這里給大家介紹一些特別的技巧：
1、教育背景中寫(xiě)相關(guān)課程。但千萬(wàn)不要為了拼湊篇幅，把所有的課程一股腦兒地都寫(xiě)上，如體育等。這樣不很有效，別人也沒(méi)耐心看。
2、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金一項(xiàng)一行。許多學(xué)生每年都有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，這樣一來(lái)，也可寫(xiě)出三四行，甚至更多。
3、拉長(zhǎng)句子。每個(gè)句子都可以加入一些詞拉長(zhǎng)一些。其實(shí)拉長(zhǎng)并不難，難的是縮短。
4、自然地多換行，多寫(xiě)點(diǎn)句。
5、加大字號(hào)�？蓪�10號(hào)，小五改成12號(hào)，小四。
6、社會(huì)工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中。這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷，例如，您在做團(tuán)支書(shū)、學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)工作時(shí)組織過(guò)什么活動(dòng)，聯(lián)系過(guò)什么事，參與過(guò)什么都可以一一羅列。
7、暑期工作。作為大學(xué)生，雇主通常并不指望您在暑期工作期間會(huì)有什么驚天動(dòng)地的成就。當(dāng)然如果您有就更好了。不過(guò)即使實(shí)在沒(méi)有，就算是在父母的單位呆過(guò)幾天，也不妨寫(xiě)上。
8、中學(xué)情況。一般都不寫(xiě)。寫(xiě)的話(huà)也不要寫(xiě)太多。當(dāng)然，如果您在中學(xué)時(shí)得過(guò)國(guó)際奧林匹克比賽大獎(jiǎng)或全國(guó)性的.大獎(jiǎng)，不妨提上一筆。
應(yīng)注意避免的地方：
1、長(zhǎng)句：沒(méi)有人愿意看太冗長(zhǎng)的句子，而且切記YRIS(Your re sume is scanned，no tread)原則，雇主只是在掃描您的簡(jiǎn)歷。
2、縮寫(xiě)：因?yàn)橥庑腥送茈y看懂。不要想當(dāng)然地認(rèn)為這是人所皆知的事情。
3、"I"我：因?yàn)檎?guī)簡(jiǎn)歷多用點(diǎn)句，以動(dòng)詞開(kāi)頭，是沒(méi)有"我"的。當(dāng)然若在公司簡(jiǎn)介中一定要用到一兩次，也不是完全不可以。
