OC曲線與檢驗(yàn)中犯第Ⅱ類錯(cuò)誤的概率控制問(wèn)題
 
摘要:在整個(gè)數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)中,假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)是1個(gè)很重要很有應(yīng)用價(jià)值的部分,但假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)中存在著犯兩類錯(cuò)誤的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文就ＯＣ曲線和假設(shè)檢中兩類錯(cuò)誤的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了闡述和分析，特別地討論了幾種常見檢驗(yàn)法的ＯＣ函數(shù)及圖像，以及檢驗(yàn)中犯第Ⅱ類錯(cuò)誤的概率控制問(wèn)題和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。由于ＯＣ函數(shù)在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量抽樣檢驗(yàn)中得到越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用，并且在抽樣檢驗(yàn)中對(duì)第Ⅱ類錯(cuò)誤的控制與抽樣成本有直接關(guān)系，因此對(duì)此問(wèn)題的研究具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

OC-curve and the problem of probability control of committing the type Ⅱ errors in inspection
 
Abstract: In the entire mathematical statistic, hypothesis test is a very importants and valuable part, but it exists the risk of committing two kinds of errors. This thesis elaborations and analyzes oc-curve and the relationship of the two kinds of errors in the hypothesis test. Especially discusses the oc function and image of several common inspection methods, and the problem of probability control of committing the type Ⅱerrors during inspection and its practical meaning. Because the oc function has been applied more and more in the quality sampling inspection of product, and there’s a direct relationship between the control of committing the type Ⅱerrors and the sampling cost, research on this problem has practical application value
